Water test for determining the nitrite concentration - suitable for freshwater and saltwater aquariums
Nitrite test set Instructions for use
- Rinse the measuring vessel with the water to be tested and fill up to the mark (corresponds to 5 ml). *
- Add a level microspoonful of reagent powder and shake the tube well.
- After exactly 8 minutes, compare the resulting colour with the colour scale. Look vertically through the measuring tube.
* The meniscus of the water surface must touch the 5 ml calibration line exactly.
Damage can occur from 0.5 ppm, from 1.0 ppm most fish are endangered!
Caution
Clean the cuvette after use, close the reagent bottle tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
Keep out of reach of children!
