We offer the following payment options, unless otherwise specified in the respective product description:

Detailed information on the individual payment options

Prepayment by bank transfer

Transfer the invoice amount to one of our bank accounts, stating the purpose of the transfer. We will inform you of our bank details and the purpose of the transfer separately by e-mail during order processing.

Delivery on account *

After receipt of the invoice, you transfer the amount to be paid by you to one of our bank accounts within 14 days.

Direct debit (SEPA direct debit) *

After submitting your bank details and issuing a SEPA direct debit mandate, we will collect the invoice amount from your bank account by direct debit. Please ensure that you provide us with the correct bank details during the ordering process and that your account has the necessary funds. The direct debit will be collected 10 days after the invoice date.

If the direct debit is not honoured due to insufficient funds in the account or due to the provision of incorrect bank details, or if the Customer objects to the direct debit without being entitled to do so, the Customer shall bear the charges incurred by the relevant credit institution as a result of the reversal if the Customer is responsible for this.

* Credit check for payment methods for which we charge in advance

We reserve the right to carry out a credit check on the basis of mathematical-statistical procedures in order to safeguard our legitimate interest in determining the solvency of our customers. We transmit the personal data required for a creditworthiness check to the following service provider in accordance with Art. 6 (1) point GDPR:

The credit report may contain probability values (so-called score values). If score values are included in the result of the credit report, these are based on recognized scientifical mathematical-statistical methods. The calculation of the score values includes, but is not limited to, address data. We use the result of the credit assessment regarding the statistical probability of non-payment for a balanced decision on the establishment, implementation or termination of the contractual relationship.
You can object to this processing of your data at any time by sending a message to the data controller or to the aforementioned credit agency. However, we may still be entitled to process your personal data if this is necessary for contractual processing of payments.

Paypal

Only a few steps to payment:

  1. Select "PayPal" as your payment method at checkout.
  2. You will be redirected to the PayPal website to complete the payment.
  3. If you are already a PayPal customer, you can log in with your PayPal user data and initiate the payment.
    If you do not yet have a PayPal account, you can create a PayPal account and then confirm the payment. It is not necessary to set up a PayPal account for the payment methods direct debit via PayPal, credit card via PayPal and purchase on account via PayPal.
  4. You will then be redirected back to us (www.drak.de).

Amazon Pay

During the ordering process, you will be redirected to the website of the online provider Amazon. In order to be able to process the payment via Amazon, you must be registered with Amazon or first register and legitimise yourself with your access data. There you can select the delivery address and payment method stored with Amazon, confirm the use of your data by Amazon and the payment instruction to us. You will then be redirected back to our online shop where you can complete the order process. Immediately after placing your order, the transaction will be carried out automatically by Amazon. Apple Pay

You can pay with Apple Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Apple Pay" service on a supported Apple end device by following the verification steps. Google Pay

You can pay with Google Pay as part of the order process. To do this, you must confirm the payment via the "Google Pay" mobile app on a supported end device by following the verification steps. MobilePay

MobilePay is a Scandinavian wallet that enables customers in Denmark and Finland to make payments in your app or on your website. Customers are redirected to the MobilePay application during payment and authorise the payment directly in the MobilePay application.

Blik

BLIK allows customers in Poland to pay directly with online withdrawals from their bank account Customers enter the 6-digit code from their banking app into the payment capture form. The bank sends a push notification to your customer's mobile phone and requests authorisation of the payment within the banking app.

Przelewy24

With Przelewy24 (P24), customers in Poland can pay directly from their bank account via online payment. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorise payments.

Bancontact

Bancontact/Mister Cash is the online payment system of the Belgian banks.
All online customers of participating banks can pay via Bancontact/Mister Cash. You then pay quickly and easily via the familiar online banking page of your own bank. Pay the way you've always been used to.

EPS

With EPS, customers in Austria can pay directly online from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorise payments.

Giropay / Paydirekt

With Giropay / Paydirekt, customers in Germany can pay directly from their bank account via online payment. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorise payments.

iDeal

With iDEAL, customers in the Netherlands can pay directly online from their bank account. Customers are redirected to their bank's payment page to log in and authorise payments.

Swish

Swish is a Swedish real-time payment method that allows customers to make payments in your app or website. Customers authorise payments in the Swish mobile application.

Klarna

In cooperation with Klarna Bank AB (publ), Sveavägen 46, 111 34 Stockholm, Sweden, we offer the following payment options. Payment is made to Klarna in each case:

  • Invoice: The payment period is 14 days from dispatch of the goods/ticket/ or, in the case of other services, the provision of the service.   • Instalment purchase: With Klarna's financing service, you can pay for your purchase flexibly in monthly instalments of at least 1/24 of the total amount (but at least EUR 6.95) or under the conditions otherwise specified in the checkout. Payment by instalments is due at the end of each month after Klarna has sent you a monthly invoice.   • Immediately: Your account will be debited immediately after placing the order.
  • Direct debit: Your account will be debited after the goods have been dispatched. You will be informed of the date by e-mail.

The use of the payment methods invoice, instalment purchase and direct debit requires a positive credit check. In this respect, we forward your data to Klarna for the purpose of address and credit checks as part of the purchase initiation and processing of the purchase contract. Please understand that we can only offer you those payment methods that are permitted based on the results of the credit check.
