Roots conquer the forest
When designing this aquarium, a friend's photo of a large root forming a kind of subway served as inspiration.

Great pictures from the plant tank of A.L. from Eckenhaid near Nuremberg
The tank, which is currently just under nine months old, was switched to DRAK almost two months ago. With the fertiliser combination KramerDrak Power and KramerDrak solution as well as good lighting, it needs regular thinning out.

Wilm Thiere has always tried to recreate Amano's aquariums.
Pogostemon stellatus 'Adelaide River' in Oliver Czech's tank
The usual commercial form of P. stellatus (synonym Eusteralis stellata) tends to die back at the tip of the shoot and become stunted for unknown reasons, even with the best care and the best water values.
The aquarium of Rüdiger Lenkeit from Bad Münstereifel
The aquarium is absolutely algae-free, at least visually. The plants are really proliferating. Without regular "gardening", the tank would be completely overgrown within a very short time.
Piranhas and beautiful tanks are not mutually exclusive
T.H. from Kreischa has been keeping piranhas (Serrasalmus nattereri) together with other fish for several years. The occupants are guppies, neons (red, black), trunk barbs, signalling catfish, purple splendid perch and crested catfish.
