7 water parameters on one strip
- NO₃ - Nitrate: 0 - 250 mg/l
- NO₂ - Nitrite: 0 - 10 mg/l
- TH - Total hardness: 0 - 16 °dH
- Cl₂ - Chlorine: 0 - 100 mg/l
- pH - acid/base value: 6.4 - 8.4
- CH - Carbonate hardness: 0 - 20 °dH
- CO₂ Carbon dioxide (from table)
Speedy-Test Instructions for use
- Take a test strip out of the tube and close the can immediately.
- Dip the test strip into the aquarium or pond water to be measured and swish it back and forth for 1 - 2 seconds.
- Remove the strip from the water and shake off the excess water.
- Place the test strip on the tube, paying attention to the correct direction.
- Read the Cl₂ concentration immediately. *
- Wait 60 seconds for all other measurements.
- Now compare the colours of the other measurements. *
- The CO₂ concentration is determined via the table in the enclosed instructions manual by crossing the values for pH and CH. The recommended CO₂ concentrations are marked in grey.
* Read the result at the point where the color of the strip best matches the color of the chromatic scale.
Caution
Close the test strip tube tightly and store in a cool, dry place away from light.
