Product reviews with confidence

Who can rate? Reviews can only be submitted by registered users. Each review is assigned to a user account and cannot be submitted anonymously. A formal identity check does not take place - it is therefore not possible to rule out the possibility of false information being provided during registration.

How are reviews checked? All reviews are first published automatically. A manual check is then carried out. If it turns out that a review violates our general communication rules (netiquette) or applicable commercial law requirements, it will be deactivated.

Linguistic availability To ensure that reviews are accessible to all interested parties, they are automatically translated into the languages available in the shop using an AI-supported translation tool.

"Verified purchase" labelling If a review can be clearly assigned to an actual purchase, we label it with the note "Verified purchase". In this way, we create additional transparency and strengthen trust.
