Notes on product reviews

Who can submit reviews? Reviews can only be submitted by registered users. Each review is linked to a customer account and cannot be submitted anonymously. The identity of registered users is not verified.

How are reviews checked? Reviews are initially published automatically. They are then subject to a manual visual check. This check solely verifies whether a review violates our communication rules or legal requirements. There is no substantive review of the actual use or purchase of the reviewed product.

“Verified Purchase” label: If a review can be clearly linked to an actual purchase in our shop, it is marked with the label “Verified Purchase”. Reviews without this label may also come from people who did not purchase the product from us.

Automatic translations: To make reviews available in multiple languages, they are translated using an automated translation system. There may be variations in content.
