Trust cannot be taken for granted - and that is precisely why we would like to thank you. For years, we have seen that our customers handle their right of cancellation responsibly. Even beyond the statutory cancellation period, we have always responded in an accommodating manner when something has not been right.

We are now going one step further: We are voluntarily extending our cancellation period to 30 days.
In doing so, we want to offer you even more security and flexibility - without any complicated conditions or restrictions.

This decision is based on our experience: you have never over-utilised the previous 14-day period. On the contrary - your fairness has convinced us. The new deadline is therefore not only a service, but also a sign of appreciation.
