Your shipping options
We offer you the option of receiving your deliveries with the following shipping services:
- GLS: fastest shipping option, relatively few distant parcel shops
- DHL: Delivery to Packstations and post offices. Dense branch network. Experience shows that it is often one day slower than GLS
- DHL small parcel / Warenpost international: For small, lightweight consignments. Maximum consignment size 1 kg and 35.5 × 25 × 8 cm national / 10 cm international
Please refer to the following list for the shipping costs that are charged to us by the shipping services, including all surcharges.
We will cover shipping costs up to 10 % of the shopping basket value.
If the delivery of an item is delayed for a longer period, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, only the net prices will be charged, plus any customs duties listed in the table.
Any customs duties and import VAT of the respective countries are to be borne exclusively by the buyer.
Please note that for bank transfers from abroad, all charges must be borne by the sender. Transfers without further information also incur charges for the recipient! It is therefore best to use SEPA transfers, for which the charges are at most equal to those for a domestic transfer.
Please report any transport damage to the delivery agent immediately and contact us. You can find contact options under Contact or in the Imprint.
Please note that failure to raise a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory warranty rights. However, it helps us to assert our own claims against the carrier.
DHL: In some countries, the maximum parcel weight is only 20 or even 15 kg
Shipping costs
The quoted costs include VAT for delivery addresses within the EU; for destinations in third countries, they are quoted net, i.e. excluding VAT.
