Your shipping options
We offer you the option of receiving your deliveries with the following shipping services:
- GLS: fastest shipping option, relatively few parcel shops further away
- DHL: Delivery to Packstations and post offices. Dense branch network. Experience shows that it is often one day slower than GLS
- DHL Kleinpaket / Warenpost international: For small, lightweight shipments. Maximum consignment size 1 kg and 35.5 × 25 × 8 cm national / 10 cm international
Please refer to the following list for the shipping costs charged by the shipping services, including all surcharges.
We assume the shipping costs up to an amount of 10 % of the shopping basket value.
Should the delivery of an item be delayed for a longer period of time, we reserve the right to make partial deliveries to a reasonable extent.
For deliveries to non-EU countries, only the net prices will be charged, plus any customs duties listed in the table.
Any customs duties and import sales tax of the countries concerned shall be borne exclusively by the buyer.
Please note that all fees for transfers from abroad are to be borne by the customer. Transfers without further details will also incur charges for the recipient! It is therefore best to use SEPA-transfers, which incur a maximum charge equal to the domestic charges.
Please report any transport damage to the deliverer immediately and get in touch with us. You can find contact details at contact or in the Imprint.
Please note that failure to make a complaint or contact us has no effect on your statutory warranty rights. However, you will help us to assert our own claims against the transport company.
DHL: In some countries the maximum parcel weight is only 20 or even 15 kg

The stated costs for delivery addresses within the EU are inclusive of VAT, for destinations in third countries net, in other words without VAT.
