Your delivery options
We deliver your orders using the following delivery services:
- GLS: fast delivery, though there are fewer parcel shops in rural areas.
- DHL: Delivery to parcel collection points and post offices; experience shows this is often one day slower than GLS.
- DHL Small Parcel / International Parcel Post: For small, lightweight parcels up to 1 kg and 35.5 × 25 × 8 cm (domestic) or 10 cm in height (international).
Delivery areas
Until further notice, we ship exclusively within Germany.
For international deliveries, you can use a forwarding service if required.
We will continue to supply third countries such as Switzerland.
Please note: In some countries, the maximum DHL parcel weight is only 20 kg or 15 kg.
Delivery charges
The delivery charges correspond to the prices charged by the delivery services, including all surcharges. We cover the delivery charges up to an amount of 8 % of the shopping basket value.
In the event of prolonged delivery delays for individual items, we reserve the right to make reasonable partial deliveries.
Information for non-EU countries
For deliveries to non-EU countries, we charge net prices only, plus any customs duties listed in the table where applicable. Import VAT and customs duties in the recipient country are borne by the buyer.
Please note that for international bank transfers, all charges are to be borne by the payer. We therefore recommend using SEPA transfers.
Transport damage
Please report any transport damage directly to the delivery driver and then inform us. You can find our contact details at Contact or in the Legal Notice. Failure to make a complaint does not affect your statutory warranty rights.
Information on the PPWR (EU Packaging and Packaging Waste Regulation)
In accordance with the new EU Packaging Regulation (PPWR), we ensure that your order is packaged in a way that conserves resources as much as possible and complies with the law:
- PPWR basic requirements: We use packaging only to the extent necessary for safe transport.
- Use of materials: Cardboard boxes and filling materials consist predominantly of recyclable or recycled materials.
- Reusable and recycling rates: We are constantly adapting our packaging processes to meet the increasing legal requirements.
- Avoiding unnecessary packaging: Products are dispatched as compactly as possible and without unnecessary outer packaging.
These measures support the Europe-wide targets for waste prevention and the expansion of the circular economy.
Shipping costs
The costs quoted include VAT for delivery addresses within Germany; for destinations in third countries, they are quoted net, i.e. excluding VAT.
