Chlorine bleaching lye

Sodium hypochlorite solution. A very strong oxidising agent.
Hypochlorite is often used in the form of calcium hypochlorite-calcium chloride double salt (former "transport form" of chlorine) in swimming pools for disinfection.

Caution: Never acidify! Otherwise highly toxic chlorine gas will develop!
