Heat pack / heat pad
A heat pack, also known as an aquapack or heat cushion, is very useful for shipping live animals or plants during the cold season.
It warms for up to 40 (M) or 72 hours (XL) - so your consignment reaches its destination undamaged.
However, it is also ideal for protecting your technical equipment in frosty conditions and for shipping temperature-sensitive medicines, paints or electronic components.
The active principle of our heat packs is based on the controlled chemical oxidation of iron powder by atmospheric oxygen. The reaction is therefore started simply by contact with air. Simply remove the heat pack from the packaging, activate it briefly in a frost-free environment and place it in a suitable transport box.

kurze Haltbarkeit
Generell wohl die bewährt gute Qualität, aber von den 3 Jahren Haltbarkeit leider nur noch gut 7 Monate übrig. Herstellungsdatum laut Stempel 25.03.2013. Gut, daß ich nur 5 Stück mitbestellt habe.

Produkt wie beschrieben. Ob sie nun 40 Std warm halten kann ich nicht versprechen , da ich sie zum reptilienversand benutze. Ich weiß aber das wenn sie am nächsten Tag beim Kunden ankommen immer noch sehr warm sind. Werde ich wieder kaufen. Lg
